I feed Instinct which is a 6 star on the site I listed above. I am paying $13.50 a bag and the bag is about 4 1/2 pounds. However, when you feed a better food, you will have to feed less of it. Therefore, the expense really it not so bad.
Instinct is 1 3/4 cup for a 50 pound dog. Since Rosie is only 5 pounds, she only gets 1.4 oz of the food (I think that is what it is!!). Honestly, I think it is better in the long run. This bag of food will last me a couple of months.
