Most people see their responsibility when making comments here to be to the
puppies NOT the owners and breeders who ignore good sense and advice. In many states it is ILLEGAL to sell a 7 week old puppy -- why do you think that would be? Just to be contrary or maybe because it really is detrimental to the welfare of that poor little puppy!
It is too late for the puppies mentioned in this thread but I feel it is our responsibility to speak out against such actions so that hopefully others who are more concerned about their puppies welfare in all areas of development will listen, learn and heed.
