Maxine had her surgery. The Vet took out the lump, which as attached to a chest muscle, and closed it up with around 6 stitches. They are sending it out for a biopsy, and the results will be back in about a week. She would not venture a guess if it was malignant of benign. We are hoping for the best, but will deal with whatever comes our way.

The teeth cleaning went well. She lost another 2 small front teeth, and one of her lower canines was tightened up with a few stitches.

She tolerated the anesthetic well, and the surgery. She woke up about 10 minutes after they were done. Marge and I left her there to recover, and she should be able to be picked up in about 3-4 hours. Long morning for sure.

So glad she is out of surgery and all is well.
