Desi was 1 1/2 lbs. at 12 weeks, she was suppose to be 3 to 3 1/2 lbs. Today, at a year old she is 4 1/2 lbs. Perfect size. The rule of thumb is that you double the weight at 12 weeks, then add a pound and thats an approximation of their adult weight. Sometime it works..sometimes it doesn't..
