Well like many things, breeders can do it different ways. My breeder for Razzle used my name for him and then of course added her kennel name to the registration. For Magic, his breeder, chose all the registered names and each year picked a different letter of the alphabet to register her litters under. For Zoey, the breeder communicated with me and I had input into the registered name, but ultimately it was her choice.
Some breeders pick a fancy intro like: Here comes Lucy, Dillon, etc
Some breeders go with composer names:
The variety appears endless; it is part of the fun' picking out the names
