I don't know if this will help but...

When I had cats one of them pee on our sofa. I Googled for help and found a site that said Listerine. The enzyme in Listerine "ate" the protein in the cat urine. It worked... I poured a full bottle... let it set. No smell, not stains.
Don't know if it works with dog pee though.
