I recommend Groomingdales at 81st & Harvard. They do mostly small breeds, use only hand-held dryers, do good work, and they're reasonably priced. Here's their website

My vet is Dr. Jones at Woodland West on Hwy 75 - his wife used to raise and show yorkies for years so he knows quite a bit about small breeds. But that might be a ways for you to go if you're in Broken Arrow. I've heard Village Vet there is good but I've never been there myself.
