Exactly this!

If he'll eat the Ceasars and his poos are good, don't change a thing until he is a bit older, weighs more, and you know/understand his tummy better.

The important thing at his age/wt is to keep him eating, and hydrated.

You can always switch and try new/better foods later . No hurry.
