Try feeding Mom some Boiled chicken liver or beef liver, most dogs love it..and eggs, cottage cheese, boiled chicken breast, green beans, carrots. My Aunt use to show/breed boston terriers and I remember her saying that if a preganat/nusring dog won't eat to try Cat food cause its very smelly and most dogs love it...I know my 2 sit and pray on my cats while they are eating hoping they will drop a kibble lol...I know its not ideal but if all else fails I would give it a try. Hope Mom starts feeling better soon...you are a gift sent from god to this little momma he knew she was going to need someone very special to care for her and that is you...what a good mommy you have been to her.
