i am so sorry for your loss of lacey. i understand the strong bond you shared with her and always will. i lost my sweet little baby girl nika a little over 5 months ago and it hasn't gotten any easier for me. she was only 6 years old and had a terrible case of pancreatitis that was so bad the drs couldn't save her. i miss her every day and cry for her all the time. i have several memorials of her and her pictures all around. i feel she is watching over me always and we will be together again forever one day. nika was so smart and she loved me so much. more than any other dog ever has. i have her fur mother, zowi still who just turned 10 and we have comforted each other through this. i don't know what i would do without her. she is a wonderful sweet baby and my 1st yorkie of my own. (i was raised with yorkies my whole life) nika was a singleton puppy and the only one zowi ever had. i have also adopted a puppy mill rescue yorkie girl to be a companion to me and zowi. we brought her home in october and she also has started to remind me of nika so much. i think our little angels that has passed have sent us these little earth angels who needed someone to love them. will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and sending you a hug! welcome to yorkie talk! this is an incredible community of caring people and we are glad to have you! carrie |
