Change your password to something random which has nothing to do with you or your life, something like bluespikeybanana and throw in some random numbers or the odd spelling mistake too. You could always write your password down and stick it to the side of your computer screen so you wont forget it. The more crazy your password is the harder it is for someone to guess it!
