This is very likely. I would say it definately sounds like you have a keystroke logger on your machine! (Although I am no expert, I'm married to one and I hear a lot!). You need to get your machine rebuilt...even if you change your password, they will be able to harvest it again. Definitely, especially, don't do any financial transactions (banking, shopping, etc.) until you have this done! I would watch your accounts if you have been doing anything financial online recently.
