I hate to say this, but you will probably have to revert back to potty training 101. Because he has learned that this is what he is to do with the band on, you wll have to start taking him out more, taking and putting the band on. It should not take too, too long if he'd been potty trained prior. I would, however, do it now rather than let it continue. Hope this helps. Just my opinion, others may have other suggestions.
