I use childrens diapers on my boys and just fasten them around their belly like a belly band...they work wonderful, never leak and the best part is I throw them away!!! Don't know how you could use them on a girl though because if you put them on like the little panty diapers for dogs, if she poops in it you will have a very messy bottom to clean because there is no tail hole. If you could somehow make it work though it's great
