Let's just
assume for a second that those two statements were true (and I don't believe they were): What does it say about a breeder who would let a puppy go knowing this? No amount of begging or pleading or promises should be enough to convince a
GOOD breeder to let the dog leave. Isn't it the responsibility of the breeder to keep the dog until it's healthy enough to go to it's new home? And what about the vet that signs off on the health of the dog?
