My Louie is 11 weeks old and weighing 1.78 lbs. The breeder was feeding him Royal Canin 28 (yorkie puppy type) She was having me mix 1/2 tbsp of Cesar soft puppy food to help coat the kibble. For the first week or so Louie ate it with no issues. Second week he only ate some of it. Now, he is barely eating any and I am getting very upset. Tonight I gave him some of the Cesar puppy soft food alone --and he ate it like he was starving. I've been reading the forum about types of high quality dog food and I am going to order some tonight if I can figure out which to order. LOL. Must I buy a food specifically for puppies? Anything I should avoid while he is so young? Thank you so much for any help you offer, as I am a first time yorkie owner. Actually, I'm a nervous first time Yorkie owner.
