Now..if you tell like it is she may get mad, it is hard to hear the truth. This could effect your friendship, but if you don't it is going to bother you and it will happen again. You have to weight which is the better choice.

I have had friends like yours and I agree with Lil Sis. I finally told a long time friend how I felt and shared some info with her on animals and their feelings by giving her a book. She did get mad at me for a little while but she got over it and she changed her behavior towards animals. She has 5 children and 2 dogs now and is more responsible with all of them than I ever thought possible. How is she going to learn if someone doesn't tell her?

If you don't speak up, your feelings will eat at you and that's not good either.
