I think you should tell her how you feel. She will never understand what she has done is wrong in peoples opinion if not told. I really don't understand how she could do this, and really hope she does a better job when she has children.
Now..if you tell like it is she may get mad, it is hard to hear the truth. This could effect your friendship, but if you don't it is going to bother you and it will happen again. You have to weight which is the better choice.
