No , U are right , no one should pick up other people dog's without asking if it is ok.
I was once at the airport waiting for a flight and I saw Miley was so upset in her carry on , so I took her out and this man across fr me was talking to his young daughter on his cell and he got so excited.
He ask me if he could take a picture of Miley, to he could email it to his daughter on the dog they should get and be able to travel with.
And said yes u may, put no one as ever try to pick up one of my babies , I would stop them dead in their track .
Some people just dont think , before they act.
