There really aren't any words I can say to make you feel better. What a terribly sad time for you. I'm so sorry for your loss. It's great that you are able to bring attention to what PetSmart is doing. I have a groomer that I trust with my own life, but I always stay with Calleigh. The other dogs are crated and she only does one at a time, but I guess I'm paranoid or something. I would sue the pants off of PetSmart!!! I know that won't help ease your pain, but they need to be made accountable. Also writing about this in the local paper wouldn't be a bad idea either. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss.
