Not in my opinion, she had no right. I don't let people pick up Zhoie, when they get close, I pick her up. And, what is taking a picture all about?
Who knows what crazies lurk out there....like try to steal my dog and then use the picture for proof it's theirs. Geez...she takes the cake for sure.
