I'm used to people admiring my puppy, he is the most adorable good natured little chap so it's only natural that they would
but today I had an encounter in the pet shop that truely upset me, a woman and her daughter (grown up) came over to us and did the usual "isn't he tiny, isn't he cute, how old is he? What's his name?" thing that 90% of the people who meet him do but then the mother picked him up and asked her daughter to take her photo with him, which she did!! I was dumbstruck! Thats MY dog! WTF!! I took him off her a told her not to do that... Am I over reacting? He's my baby! If someone had done that with my son when he was little I would have knocked them out, I know he's a dog not a child but in my opinion that's the only difference
