My lasa does it about 4 times a year. Poor guy... the look on his face!
The vet did not seam concerned.
I hate to admit it.. but when sammy was little he jumped on a bed that the mattress was off (we were moving) and hurt himself -- (testes) that night he was whimpering and I woke up to look at him and I saw red and freaked out that he was bleeding. I woke my daughter and we rushed him to emergency vet (2:00 am) .... to find out it was an erection.
Well -- he also was bruised.
