I thought I'd update everyone on Bellas' transition to our family.

She's more wonderful now than when she came to us (if that's possible). She ADORES Tuffy & he has a blast playing with her too. There have been no problems between them which was a huge relief for me because Tuffy just has such a great upbeat kind of temperment I was concerned that Bella would feel overwhelmed. They sleep nose to nose or side by side a lot
The other big concern we had was pottying; I was told she'd only go in her ex pen & worried she'd have problems transitioning to outside. Well, again, I'm blessed or something because we've had no big problems at all. She uses her pee pad if she must ( stuck in traffic with absolutely no where to take her out at ) & has learned what "outside" means real quick. She does this 6 tight circle dance when she has chosen her place to poo & circles just a few times when she has to pee
She's a chewer...we've thrown out 3 plush squeakie toys. She's removed the embellishments of off one of her dresses so we'll be sure to not get any that have things she can reach on them. She now will sit & come when asked to.
Bella is not going to be a long distance traveler like Tuffy. She has nervous spells in the truck & will go to either my pillow on the bunk or an ottoman we use to store their stuff in. I did get her travel anxiety stuff but it didn't help her. (Maybe you noticed 1 of the pics in my avatar is of her wrapped in a t-shirt?...that's mine but she's claimed it as hers & will burrow into it when she's upset.) I'll be coming off the road so this won't be a problem any more.
Healthwise, she had an ear infection which is now gone. She tears & has staining so I'll be asking the vet to check on tear ducts etc. I wonder if there's not something nasty in her saliva (her canines are yucky where her lip lays against them). She also has a pea sized knot of a fatty substance under her skin on top of her head which the vet has said we can have removed.

Here's a few more pics of her & Tuffy; I'll be adding more pics to her album too so come check out our pics in my profile if you'd like too.
