Bentley gets them all the time when he's excited. they don't last long and really aren't a big deal unless it gets STUCK out that way and his "lipstick" won't go back in. if this happens occasionally just use vaseline and help it back in but if it's stuck out all the time you will need vet care for the problems with drying out and such. good luck...oh the joy of boys...LOL
