Have you had allergy tests done? I just had my Megan tested and now that we know what she is sensitive to I have changed her food and she is like a brand new dog. I used to try to give her chicken and rice but it turns out she is allergic to rice so I was actually making her symptoms worse.
I now use a home cooked diet and I have found a dry dog food that has none of the things she's allergic to...she feels and looks so much better and the change was almost overnight...she's happy again
