I won't go to a groomer, it scarred Wylie permanently...so after that, we never took him or our subsequent babies to a groomer. That said, I think there truly are great, caring, wonderful groomers out there (and even on this board
)...but it scares me so much.
If Benadryl helps your baby, and your vet approves -- I really wouldn't have a problem with it, if it were me. You may only have to use it until your kiddo gets used to grooming anyway.
