My regular vet is so wonderful, she is so caring. She tested Lexi for everything including parasites and an xray searching for a blockage. Everything came back clean except for an irritated stomach and small intestines. She gave her another shot to calm her stomach and a perscription to keep her nausea at bay. Plus amoxicillan in case it she has an infection. She thinks that Lexi ate something to make her sick but she didn't want to take any chances. She is on a special diet of i/d food and pedialyte and seems to be doing much better. I had to slow her down because she wanted to chase her big sister around. Thank you all so much for the good wishes! I was so worried last night and you all helped. I will visit this site regulary and pay it forward!! |
