Ah my little Jack was purchased at a puppy store before I knew about puppy mills. After researching his place of birth I found he was born in Oklahoma. Just kinda funny he was born in OK and being sold in FL. Sounds like puppy milling to me. I tried to find more info on the breeder and found a few things. Someone who worked in a puppy store in another state and experianced her puppies posted some stuff about her on the internet and the breader sued the girl. I only found a few things about her under that name though. I do not see her name on the list posted in this thread. I am glad I was able to rescue Jack from the puppy store. The owner showed me a pup he had from the same littler and it was so tiny he could not even put out front to sell. Not sure if he was trying to sell it to me. Josie come from a home breeder in FL. Such a night and day difference between the two when they were puppies. Jack is so sweet though. |
