My boys are shy and won't let me post pictures.
For the bottom, carefully trim a circle around the anus. I use small, blunt nose scissors for this.
For the paws, I try to do a "show foot," but I'm not very good at it. I comb the hair straight down the leg and paw, and trim a circle that follows the outline of the paw. I keep combing and scissoring until it looks reasonably good. The hair goes all the way to the floor and covers the paw and nails, but it is not long enough to go under the paw when the dogs are walking.
