 hair balls
Savannah my rescue yorkie does have a cotton coat.
Since she came into my life a week ago she pretty much has not left my side and is just into lots of cuddles and love.
The lady gave me a tube cat hairball medicine and said she gave her this once a month and the dog had issues with hairballs and she had her to the vet but truly...based on the rest of this poor dogs life and story I'm just not so sure.
I've had yorkies since I've been 16..gosh now I feel old about 32 years and never had one who had a hairball.
I'm thinking maybe from her be crated 99 percent of the time she was licking due to anxiety and boredom...therefore getting hairballs?
She sees the vet on wednesday and that will be something I ask about but I thought I'd ask here as well
she has me owned already just like all the others did and I'm worried beyond words and praying all things check out ok.
Last week we had awful ice ..snow etc and that put a delay on the vet visit stuff.
If all is well they will schedule her spay as soon as they can fit her in. |
