I agree with Boopster and Adi. YTNR (yorkierescue.com) will not give out a foster families name, number, and adress to anyone who hasn't filled out an application and has been approved. If you live local to the foster family, and followed the trail back to your baby Callie, it still is up to you to prove that Callie is your dog. The burden of proving the pup is yours lies on you. You have to understand that there are some sick, sick people in this world, and once a dog has been entrusted to yorkie rescue, or any rescue group, it is the rescue group's obligation to keep the pup safe.
OP, gather up whatever evidence you have, then contact the yorkie rescue. Or contact Adi-and-Missy, as she is a volunteer of that rescue.
