My guess is that it's not moving because the size is too big, if you go over the size limits, Yorkietalk will just show the first picture in the avatar. Regular members can have an avatar, 75 pixels at the longest size, and no larger than I think 19 kb, (it will tell your limits where you upload the avatar.)
