Megan, that is too bad. Pet Shops are showing up everywhere. It seems like the
minute you close one down another pops up. The cages should be clean, the small
dogs should have a mat on part of the wire so their little legs don't fall through and
they should have a toy to take their minds off the longs hrs. Did you see "wicked"
