Stay at home- do not take this kid out- to do so is putting her at more risk then she presently is in.
Follow your Vet's advice. It may come to the point where you have a serious choice to make- save the life of your gal at the expesne of the puppies. You need to stay calm and make clear and positive decisions. You are in a position that none of us can tell you exactly what to do. You will need to follow your heart and the advice of your Vet.
