The health issues part is very understandable if that is what you are worried about. I am quite sure that a pup from a 3.5 lb mother would help you avoid this completely...
I came on this site for compassion. Not to be critizied. Lacey weighed 3 and half pound most of adult life. She did not get to 4 and half pounds until her senior years. And she did not have health problems until she got kidney failure at age 13. So, she lived for a long time. After age 12, is when they start having health problems anyway. If all I get is mean comments, then I am not going to post to this board anymore. I hurt enough. I don't need someone adding to my pain.
