since you are still refering to her as a puppy, most definately get her xrayed asap... whe you took her before, the bones may not have calsified yet, meaning they wouldnt show up- but your vet should have known this and told you.
i take it you have no idea what the father/fathers would be? this is something that the vet needs to check out- it may be a c-section situation.
