They're not EXACTLY what you're looking for, but Biljac makes dog treats and one flavor is peanut butter/banana and another is banana/apple. Blue Buffalo also makes banana and yogurt crunchy treats, though they're a bit big for yorkies. The Biljac ones are nice too because they're tiny and good for training.
