I have the first pen listed. I like it, but it might be too small for 2 dogs. I plan to expand mine eventually by buying a second iris pen and attaching it all together. You can buy 2 expansion panels but it's cheaper per panel to buy a second pen and connect them.
Also, the screws holding the latches in place on the iris pen tend to screw themselves all the way in, and you need to loosen them occasionally or the pen will not latch. a little hard to explain but if you see it you will know what I mean.
To answer your questions: my puppy doesn't chew it up (and he chews EVERYTHING) but I think when he is full grown he may be able to jump out (he's a little teapot
) It's also easy to clean the plastic when he has accidents. Might want to put linoleum or plastic under it though.
