She is ONLY now (almost 2 months later) not coughing and sneezing as much. My AAHA vet says it is VERY common and will take a LONG time to go away with the little tracheas She gave me something for her cough. She is 90% better now.....still 10% honkey
Oh wow. It took that long? Sheesh. Mia was sick from 12/28 when I got her and she is better now, but still coughing. NOTHING is helping. I'm giving her Robitussin for children .04 at night if she needs it, and she goes back next week to the vet. He never said Kennel Cough to us, but now I'm wondering if this is what it is. He said if she's not cleared up then he'd suggest taking her to the University of Penn. She's been on three rounds of antibiotics since we've gotten her and really seems fine now other then the cough. It seems less then it was, but still she has it.
