I don't know if there is an up to date suspension list but you can go to
American Kennel Club - akc.org and type a persons name into the search box. If they have had any suspensions it will show up as to what they were suspended for and for how long. You can also look at the monthly board minutes to see who is suspended by month. Do a search on January 2011 minutes to see last months.
