 Small bump on outer eye?
Hello everyone..just had a quick question regarding my yorkie's eye. I recently noticed she has a small bump on the top, outer corner of her left eye. It is small & brown with a darker center. I just noticed it a few days ago & have been keeping an eye on it since - it has not gotten any bigger or changed color, ect. She does not seem irritated by it and even allowed me to run a finger over it when I first noticed it (no squirming & did not seem to be in pain). She is 11 months old, has a healthy appetite, exercises regularly, plenty of energy. I read some information and am now wondering if it could be a blocked hair follicle? Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with an eye issue like this. I will be making a veterinary appointment for next week, but would like to hear any experience, input, or information anyone may be willing to share. Thanks so much! |
