that is good info about applying to a dry dog -- and I am sure it is better on their skin than the dish soap
sorry about the 14inches of snow.. I really thought freezing weather kill off a lot of fleas.. guess I was wrong ;( I also read that fleas can be dormant if they don't have a food source... is that true?
