Do any of you suffer from them? What do you do to get some relief from them?

I checked in with doctors today, and they treated me like I was about to have a heart attack. But after they did a whole lot of tests they couldn't find anything that would be causing them (heart palpitations).
So they put me on some meds for high blood pressure and are making me see a cardiologist next week just to be sure that my heart is in good shape.

Just wondering, if any of you ever suffered from these, and what you did to get some relief, or if you're still struggling to find a cure for them.
