It's very interesting. I think Teresa explained it very well. My bad habit is skipping breakfast everyday. I'm trying to fix that, and carry or have a little box of breakfast bars in my desk in case I forget. I have had work days where I skip breakfast, and get so overwhelmed with work that I skip lunch too. I get so grumpy! But after a while I don't feel hungry anymore. It's strange.
