Hi Rachel, the feelings you get when you don't eat is from hypoglycemia. Some people are very susceptible to it. Most people just feel hungry, tired, or grumpy but a few people do actually pass out when their blood sugar gets so low. My grandfather used to do this and carried peanut butter crackers with him just in case it started. Since you know it's a problem you might want to make sure to drink some milk or have a snack with peanut butter right before bed to tide you over and always make sure you eat breakfast. You could even but some packaged peanut butter crackers, granola bars or breakfast bars to have on hand that you can eat in the car on the way to work if you miss breakfast again.
