My incident happened at Christmas time. When i leave the house i always grab a cookie from the treat bag. I dont know how...but Pasquale knows when he's getting a treat for when i'm leaving as opposed to a treat for doing something good. So usually when i grab the treat for when i'm leaving..he runs immediately to his crate and gets in and waits for his cookie. Well the crate door was closed..and he thought that if he wasnt IN the crate..he wouldnt get the cookie. So i always check to make sure he's in there...he wasnt. And i couldnt find him!!! Next thing i know..i see the little table with the table skirt that hangs down, move a little.(he was under it) LoL poor dog thought that if he was at least enclosed somewhere it would make up for not being in the crate and he would still get his cookie! LOL I felt so bad...of course i hugged him and encouraged him that he's was momma's baby and would always get his cookie!! |
That is a very cute story. I can just picture him standing under the table just being good and waiting for that cookie!!
