He might just be too small for doggy clothes right now. He's super young, and will grow out of them real quick. You don't want to spend a lot of money on stuff that'll only last a week or 2. Have you tried sock sweaters in the mean time? That's a really inexpensive way to keep your pup warm.
Socks come in a whole bunch of fun colors, and in different textures. Plus, they're real easy to make. Search on YT for a thread on sock sweaters.
