My Lola had the Ameroid Ring put on at UT and after surgery she could not wear the "cone" becasue her little neck was so tiny...I bought preemie sized onesies at Target and Babies R us and put them on her. You can cut out a little hole for her tail, or put her tail through where the snaps are at the end. They worked perfect for us and will also keep her warm! Good luck with your Little Lily - my little one has done great since her surgery.
