What did you use and how many washings to get it all out? I would not want it to last too long as I do love standard yorkie colors above all. But I do like doing fun things with my pups. They love the sound of laughter. All 3 of my dogs SMILE when they are happy and I love to see them smile. The thing that makes them smile the most is people laughing! Exactly. It was a fun thing to do that didn't harm her in any way. I used spray on food coloring. the food coloring is edible (obviously LOL) and very temporary. The mohawk washed out that very same night. The leg color took a little longer to come out because the hair was thicker and longer but it was definitely muted after the first washing. Then, silly me, tried a new color enhancing shampoo we got in at work and I made her legs bright pink again! whoops. After that I just used clarifying shampoos and it totally came out after 2 more baths. So she had pink legs for a little while longer but she could care less. She still got lots of attention and all my clients LOVED her at work. Morgan was thrilled and loved every moment of it. If at any point of her color experience did i think she didn't like it, it bothered/irritated her, or had any negative impact on her I would have stopped the process or taken the color out right away. I like to do fun things with her too and if she's happy then all is well.
